Be aware before you sell
Designs on Printables and Thingiverse carry their own licences, so confirm commercial use before selling prints. Low if the design is original, but anime, brand logos and character shapes are a takedown risk. Etsy asks for your own original design, so a licensed file may not qualify.
How to get a file you may sell
- Make your own. Tinkercad is free and enough for simple shapes.
- Buy a commercial licence. Many designers on Cults3D, MyMiniFactory and Etsy sell one. Read what it allows.
- Use open licences. CC0 and CC BY allow selling prints. NC does not. Filter by licence on Printables or MakerWorld and keep a screenshot.

Prices are high for the filament used, but thread fit varies by car and many rival knobs are resin or cast, and the $85 listing is not confirmed as 3D printed. It works with a threaded insert and a smooth finish, and fails if raw layer lines reach the hand.
