Review rules

We check every review by email and proof of use. We publish positive and negative reviews. We remove only reviews that break the review rules. Payments never affect reviews or stamps.

• Reviews must describe your own real use of the product.
• We remove reviews only for these reasons: fake or copied content, no real use, illegal content, insults, personal data of others, spam.
• We do not remove a review because it is negative, and a company cannot pay to remove one.
• People who work for or are related to a company must say so. Their reviews are labelled and do not count in the community result.
• Rewards never depend on your verdict, and they are shown on the review.
• Paid reels and listings are labelled Anzeige. Sorting: newest test first.
• If we remove your review, we tell you why by email, and you can object by replying.
